Minimalism and blogging
My Bloglines are clogged with over a mile's worth (which would be 5,280) of unread items. And that's after I've flushed the campaign blogs' offerings a few times.
So, here are some links:
Kleinheider (Braisted)
Blackburn
Cialis for laptops (Hobbs)
Eye of the Tiger, indeed. Wait, Hillary is Rocky Balboa.
The ABC (read: Disney) Democratic debate: utter foolishness for over half. I missed that half, but my brain just about exploded when I started hearing about it later. The wife filled me in first: she called it the Top Twenty Most Tired Questions when I walked in. Those sorry, soggy excuses for moderators should crawl away whimpering in the face of our wrath.
A decade of citizen journalism began in a whirlwind.
Hamilton County School budget woes cause unfortunately timed layoffs. School Board candidate "team" loses one player.

It's interesting how these folks play right into the game in helping me make my point. I tested people yesterday at a discussion forum and what they would respond with. the moderator actually suggested that I find a blog, and kept "locking his threads" to what I had to say. Typical defense to my being onto something and folks know that it hurts their ego. They were very helpful in my survey, however, as the results proved exactly what I could anticipate. They probably very little realize that they have actually contributed toward the very same pattern of behavior I was originally pointing out about my parents. They apparently either have something they agree with me about, or they are disgruntled about what they are set up in with proving how their behavior is similar to my parents in defense mechanisms to try and evade
or escape an obvious reality. Here's what I am referring to, if you go to this link:
