This should be fun to watch... I'll try:
"It is possible that Republicans do not have enough votes to kill this bill. The fact that they have called in the assistance of Congressman Kevorkian suggests they are a few votes shy."
I hope he wins just for the jokes.

Dr Jack Kevorkian is the man for the job. He is highly educated, an excellent speaker, a brilliant man and he will be light years ahead of any dumb shit pol who debates him.
I am a veteran of WW2 and the Korean War so believe me a guy like Doc Kevorkian is what we need.
I hope Dr. Kevorkian is around when I finally end my days on earth. He is the greatest....
